Bookings through Cal.com
Booking buttons open Cal.com in a new tab. No external calendar is loaded on this website before you take that action. On Cal.com, contact details and information required for the appointment are collected according to the treatment's booking form: in particular your name, email and, if requested, telephone number. They are used to manage your request, appointment and associated communications, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or performance of the service.
Data is accessible to Verra essence and the providers needed to operate the booking service. See Cal.com's privacy policy for its processing arrangements. Do not provide medical or sensitive information in free-text booking fields.
Direct contact
Email and telephone links open your usual application. Messages you choose to send are used to reply to you and organise the service, on the basis of your pre-contractual request or contractual relationship. This website has no contact form or contact database.
Cookies and resources
No advertising pixel, audience tracking tool or marketing cookie is added by Verra essence to this website. Photographs and fonts are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may use necessary technical security mechanisms. External services, including Cal.com, apply their own information and choices once you open them.
